As you know, I work with business owners who want to be more effective, and many end up skimping on sleep. But if you want your brain in peak condition so you can get sh*t done, losing out on sleep prevents you from getting there.

 

That’s why I created this free 5-day challenge.

 

I changed my sleep environment in my 20s to combat insomnia, and since then I’ve learned even more about why sleep is so necessary and how to make sure I get enough.

 

Each of the first four days will give you one science-backed guideline for better sleep:

  • December 1 (also Day 1): The Secret… without which you will not make any progress

On the last day, Day 5, I’ll host a 45-minute community Zoom to share wins, allow for questions, and give ourselves a great sendoff to the holiday season.

I’m running this challenge the first week of December, 12/1-12/5. It’s a good time to get yourself some rest during what’s a hectic time of year for many people, and it sets you up for success in 2026. Not only that, but cold dark December nights are great for sleeping!
